Rain Pan too small and rusted. (leaks)

New Aluminum Rain Pan. Fits over the whole top.

Crown Old and Cracked. Needs caps to keep rain, animals and leaves out.

New Crown to prevent leaks. Nep cap and Lock top.

Ice Storm of 05. We never got the mail - the chimneys were cleaned
